Most of our instructors offer a free preview of their topic through a teleseminar or forum. By participating in these programs, you may decide to participate in a class or series. If you are not satisfied for any reason, notify us by the end of the first class, and your account will be credited for the course fee (not including the $5.00 registration fee).

Information Products may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) within 90 days.

Shipping Rates and Policies

Products are normally shipped via USPS Priority mail within 48 hours. Allow 3-5 days additional for delivery. If the product is backordered, you will be notified of the delay and the expected shipping date. Please note, in some cases, an instructor may offer a product which would be shipped by their office. You will be informed of the expected shipping date and costs.
